Arizona: A Living Laboratory

Extreme heat across the United States and around much of the world is likely to intensify in the coming years. Recognizing that the associated challenges disproportionately threaten low-income and marginalized communities, our researchers are not only deepening our understanding of theses issues, but also developing ways to mitigate these risks and reduce vulnerability among communities and ecosystems.
