Olivia Miltner

Olivia Miltner is the program coordinator for Arizona Environment, which serves as a gateway into environmental and sustainability work across the University of Arizona. Through platforms like the Find Your Environment initiative and the Growing Green and The Dirt newsletters, along with collaborative storytelling, Arizona Environment helps connect the university community to environment and sustainability opportunities and demonstrates the creative, solutions-oriented impacts of the University of Arizona. 

Originally from Ohio, Olivia has had the opportunity to work for land grant institutions for the past five years, holding communications positions at The Ohio State University and the University of Arizona. Prior to moving into higher education, Olivia was a freelance reporter covering issues of politics and public affairs, environment and health equity, and arts and culture for local and national publications. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in emergency management with an emphasis in community resilience.
