Gemma Smith is an Assistant Professor in the School of Government and Public Policy and the Udall Center who studies the intersections of environmental policy, governance, justice, and water resources. Her talk, titled "Beyond Regulation: Understanding Responses to PFAS Contamination Under Environmental Federalism," will discuss the commonalities and differences among state policies that are responding to PFAS contamination in local communities.
